Now Hiring - Inside Sales Support Specialist in Parsippany, NJ

The Inside Sales Support Specialist (ISSS) will be responsible for key responsibilities within the Business Development (BD) department by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ISSS will serve as the primary support for the Director of Business Development assisting with the management of client relationships, client satisfaction and account growth. They will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, providing data and guidance to the Director, managing sales tracking tools and analyzing sales trends.

The ISSSwill develop and lead project timelines, milestones, required documentation and will manage the project from inception up to the onboarding of the new account. When appropriate, the ISSS will successfully and independently transition the project to the Established Business team within the Marketing Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions:

• Quoting RFQs received from new customers.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and where appropriate, leading client calls.
• Passionate and persistent in moving leads through the sales cycle to close opportunities by providing Director of BD with client and process support.
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer needs.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members across departments.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Industry or related experience preferred.
• An outgoing, self-motivated and self-starter individual.
• Someone who thrives building client relationships and can pitch Multi-Pak. capabilities with confidence.
• Can successfully and independently manage a project through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Can work independently and collaborate with team members as needed successfully.
• Constantly in the know with market trends, industry & competitor news.
• Strong analytical, negotiation & decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
• Ability to travel/visit clients off-site – (10% travel required).

• Manager: Director of Business Development

• Managerial Responsibility: N/A

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to remain in the stationary position 80% of the time.
• Lift up to 10 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
